Mentorship,
REIMAGINED
At U4U, mentorship doesn’t look like a traditional program — it’s built into your everyday experience.
Through the U4U app, girls receive guidance, support, and real-life advice in a way that feels natural, accessible, and actually helpful. Think of it as having a built-in support system — whenever you need it.
Middle School
Ages 11–13
Middle school can feel overwhelming — new friendships, changing confidence, and trying to figure everything out. Through U4U Mentorship, you’ll have:
- Guidance on friendships, school, and social situations
- Support through challenges and everyday questions
- A “big sister” feel through relatable advice and content
- Fun challenges and tools that help you build confidence
- A safe, positive space to grow and feel understood
It’s like having someone in your corner — right in your pocket.
High School
Ages 14–18
High school comes with more responsibility, pressure, and decisions about your future. U4U Mentorship helps you stay grounded while moving forward:
- Goal-setting tools and guidance for your future
- Reminders for key milestones (college apps, FAFSA, deadlines)
- Advice on friendships, independence, and decision-making
- Opportunities to build leadership and confidence
- Support that helps you stay focused on what matters to you
